How long do your orders typically take to process?

Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed.

During high volume periods, please expect a delay of 3 to 8 days for your order to be processed.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, modify any of the items purchased, or change the shipping or billing address.

What do I do if the order I received is wrong/damaged?

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing [email protected]. Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during especially busy periods.

How do I return tea that I've ordered?

We do not currently offer online returns on our loose leaf tea. If you’re unhappy with your purchase of one of these items, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team by emailing [email protected], and we’ll get back to you with a proposed solution.

Please note that we currently do not accept online purchases to be returned at any of our T. Kettle locations. Additionally, we do not accept in store purchases to be returned to our online store.
